Findings show that SMEs maintain stronger institutional ties than microenterprises, which exhibit more selective engagement. Motivations for collaboration include joint development, training, and consulting. Identifying central and peripheral nodes reveals integration gaps and opportunities to strengthen ecosystem cohesion.
