This study explores how micro business owners in Buenos Aires predict short-term outcomes in sales, stock, and pricing, and which factors influence their accuracy. Based on data from 150 participants, the research examines correlations between prediction accuracy and variables such as education, experience, and business longevity. Findings show that higher education levels are strongly associated with better forecasting performance, while experience also contributes positively. Gender, however, does not appear to affect prediction accuracy. These results suggest that targeted business education and mentorship programs could strengthen the decision-making capacity and resilience of micro businesses. The study recommends expanding access to financial and inventory management training and promoting peer-learning among entrepreneurs. This research contributes to the understanding of success factors for micro businesses and offers insights for policy and program development in emerging economies. 2025-09-15T19:59:28Z 2025-09-15T19:59:28Z 2025-04 Ponencia en congreso https://hdl.handle.net/20.500.14769/5015 https://doi.org/10.64814/334568wjgzqn en application/pdf Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires (ITBA)
