| Sumario: | "The final project examines a new method for distributing beer, specifically transporting bulk beer.
Starting with a brief introduction detailing the problem detected in the current method of distribution of KEGS, the characteristics of beer consumption in Argentina are then exposed in order to understand the context. Subsequently, the current model of KEGS is described followed by an explanation of how it works. After that, the beer market is analyzed defining the positioning of bulk beer and establishing its target segment. A complete description of the proposed method is then exposed, explaining how both storage tanks and cellar trucks work. Finally, the economic and financial issue is evaluated to detect whether the project is profitable or not.
Conclusions are reached regarding the implementation of the proposed model involving all aspects studied. " |
