Subsequently, the current model of KEGS is described followed by an explanation of how it works. After that, the beer market is analyzed defining the positioning of bulk beer and establishing its target segment. A complete description of the proposed method is then exposed, explaining how both storage tanks and cellar trucks work. Finally, the economic and financial issue is evaluated to detect whether the project is profitable or not. Conclusions are reached regarding the implementation of the proposed model involving all aspects studied. " "El presente proyecto final trata sobre la introducción de un nuevo método de distribución de cerveza, que consiste en transportarse a granel. Para esto se comienza con una breve introducción en la que se detalla el problema actual detectado y el objetivo que se plantea. Luego se analiza el contexto del consumo de cerveza en Argentina. A continuación se describe el modelo actual de barriles y cómo es su operatoria. Luego se estudia el mercado de la cerveza tirada y se posiciona la cerveza a granel, defiendo su segmento target. Después se describe en detalle el modelo propuesto, explicando cómo funcionarán tanto los tanques de almacenamiento como los camiones cisternas. FInalmente, se evalúa el aspecto económico-financiero, para detectar si el proyecto es rentable o no. Finalmente, se obtienen conclusiones con respecto a la implementación del modelo que involucran todos los aspectos estudiados."
