It approaches sensitive topics, like HIV-AIDS and Euthanasia, and it presents a radiography of one of the inherent features of Venezuelanity, which is the viveza criolla (native cunning); all of this inside of an aesthetically postmodern but emotionally modern drama.  La dramaturgia de Elio Palencia ofrece una visión de la realidad cargada de una fuerte crítica social que dialoga con el país. Propone temas sensibles a la colectividad como el VIH-SIDA y la Eutanasia, así como también presenta una radiografía de uno de los rasgos inherentes a la venezolanidad: la viveza criolla. Todo ello dentro de una dramaturgia estéticamente postmoderna pero anímicamente moderna.
