In theatrical terms, one finds intersections of narration and dialogue, of comments and   presentations in form of dialogue, of the stage-audience axis and the intra-fictional characters axis. In doing so, the signifying center shifts from the narration of fictional actions to the performative presentation of the text as a discursive texture which is full of internal tensions.  El presente ensayo analiza dos textos del dramaturgo brasileño Luís Alberto de Abreu en lo que respecta a la función temática de digresiones narrativas y poéticas en su estructura. En terminos teatrales, encontramos un cruzamiento entre narración y diálogo, comentario y presentación dialogada, entre el eje comunicativo palco-público y el eje intraficticio de los personajes. De este modo, el centro significante se desplaza de la narrativa como conjunto de acciones ficcionales a la presentación performativa del texto como tejido discursivo conflictivo.
