Sumario:This article aims to analyze the documentary Rosa patria (2009, Santiago Loza) and its performative aspect. The proposed analysis will allow us to bring together two theories from different fields: theater performance (Richard Schechner) and the performative documentary (Bill Nichols). Following the proposals of Schechner, we’ll try to relate these theories and to interrogate the documentary interviews as performances, through which the director tries to "build" a possible memory.
