Se hace una deconstrucción del género para su análisis desde una perspectiva semiótica y literaria. Se busca, por lo tanto, comprender las reglas estéticas y estructurales que comprenden a la comedia musical. Así mismo, se hace un análisis del rol de comunicación y la efectividad de este proceso en la relación unidireccional, emisor-receptor que representa el espectáculo de la comedia musical.
