The article analyzes the construction of Helen's character in this dramatic play, both in form and content, as well as other thematic aspects and questions regarding the play’s reception in Spain and Argentina, countries where it has been performed, reflecting on some of the criticisms it received and particularly considering the reconfigurations of the character related to its adaptation to a new time. En Juicio a una zorra (2011) de Miguel del Arco, Helena de Troya se independiza de su leyenda original para adquirir una identidad propia, por lo que el que había sido tradicionalmente un personaje auxiliar se convierte en la protagonista de esta fábula y expone su versión de la historia. El artículo analiza la construcción del personaje de Helena en esta obra teatral, tanto en términos de forma como de contenido, considerando también otros aspectos temáticos de la obra y cuestiones ligadas a su recepción en España y Argentina, países en donde se ha representado, abordando  algunas de las críticas que recibió y atendiendo en particular a las reconfiguraciones del personaje ligadas a su adecuación a un nuevo tiempo.
