We will consider the various forms of incidence that different actors of the theater field –particularly, producers and entrepreneurs of the commercial and independent circuits– had in order to guarantee, among other actions, aid such as the granting of subsidies, assistance with the payment of salaries and the possibility of re-opening. El presente artículo propone reflexionar sobre las medidas desplegadas por el gobierno argentino y de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, en el contexto de la pandemia de COVID-19, destinadas a la reactivación de las salas teatrales. Se analizarán las diversas formas de incidencia que tuvieron distintos actores pertenecientes al campo teatral, con especial atención en los productores y empresarios pertenecientes al circuito comercial y el circuito independiente, con el fin de garantizar, entre otras acciones, ayudas como el otorgamiento de subsidios, asistencia al pago de salarios y la posibilidad de apertura y realización de funciones.
