In the first part of this study –published in the previous issue of this journal– we approached from an initial chronological perspective the systematization and consolidation of its theatrical system, considering the formation and trajectory of numerous groups, theatrical spaces and public in the Capital city, and the coexistence with the carnival. In this second part, we will focus on other correntine theatre aspects: the theatrical activity developed within the province (taking some examples from the cities Goya, Monte Caseros and Paso de los Libres), notes about regional dramaturgy, the role that theatrical research has had in the region and, to conclude, we will look into a contemporary play seen during our visit. In this way, we will complete the research carried out some years ago in the Mesopotamian province, guided by the hypothesis that in our country theatrical activity is really vast and heterogeneous, so each region needs particular attention and deserves to be surveyed from their respective singularities, stages and protagonists. Este trabajo de investigación se propone continuar el estudio sobre la actividad teatral en la provincia argentina de Corrientes, contemplando desde sus orígenes pre-coloniales hasta su devenir en la actualidad reciente (2010). En la primera parte –que fuera publicada en el número anterior de esta revista– abordamos desde un enfoque cronológico ordenador, la sistematización y consolidación del campo teatral y la formación de grupos, y estudiamos aspectos ligados a los espacios teatrales y al público asistente en la ciudad Capital, además de contemplar cruces y coexistencias con el carnaval. En esta segunda parte nos abocaremos a otros aspectos del teatro correntino: la actividad teatral desarrollada dentro de la provincia (tomando algunos ejemplos en la ciudad de Goya, Monte Caseros y Paso de los Libres), notas sobre la dramaturgia regional, el lugar que ha tenido la investigación teatral en la región y, para concluir, nos detendremos en una puesta en escena contemporánea vista durante nuestro trabajo de campo. De esta manera, completaremos la investigación realizada hace algunos años en la provincia mesopotámica, guiándonos por la hipótesis de que en nuestro país la actividad teatral es muy vasta y heterogénea, por lo que cada región merece una atención particular sobre sus respectivas singularidades, escenarios y protagonistas.
