Sumario:The value chain is of vital importance for bus companies, since it allows a strategic analysis of their competitive advantages through an internal analysis of the activities that it develops. Thus, the services that it makes available to society, the value received by users and the contribution to mobility that these companies contribute to the land transport of travelers are studied in depth. The methodology of this study has been a combination of searching for qualitative and quantitative information, with the aim of staging the news of this sector in the province of Malaga. The primary activities related to putting the service on the market and its commercialization, and the support activities, those that support the operation and final service received by the passenger, were analyzed. The main objective is to determine the competitive advantages that Avanza Mobility ADO has over its main competitors. In addition, we have set other specific objectives, such as analyzing the actors in the company's value chain, to reach realistic results and conclusions, and help make better decisions in strategic actions and plans by operators and managers of said transport sector.
