Agenda de políticas públicas. Objetivos do Desenvolvimento Sustentável. Cities are a privileged space for human creation and a concentration space for social and economic activities. However, it is in the cities that unmistakable manifestations of inequality and social exclusion occur, deepened in Brazil by the bad mobility conditions of socially vulnerable populations. With this in mind, the article presents a public policy agenda that allows improving urban mobility, having as reference the Sustainable Development Goals, for Brazilian cities. This agenda has a structure established by the central role of the State in the formulation and implementation of public policies. It highlights the need for integrated planning between land use and transport on a metropolitan scale. Furthermore, the agenda emphasizes the training of human resources to act in the supervisory bodies, the financing of public research articulating universities and societal organizations, the use of digital platforms for the integrated management of transport networks and information to the population and social participation in the perspective of building citizenship. Las ciudades son un espacio privilegiado para la creación humana y locus de concentración de actividades sociales y económicas. Pero es también en ellas donde se producen inequívocas manifestaciones de desigualdad y exclusión social, profundizadas, especialmente en el caso de Brasil, por las malas condiciones de la movilidad urbana de los socialmente vulnerables. A partir de eso, este artículo presenta una agenda de políticas públicas que permita mejorar la movilidad urbana, teniendo como referencia los Objetivos del Desarrollo Sostenible, para las ciudades brasileñas. Esta agenda se estructura en torno al rol central del Estado en la formulación e implementación de políticas públicas; destaca la necesidad de una planificación integrada entre uso del suelo y transporte a escala metropolitana, la formación de recursos humanos para actuar en los órganos de control, el financiamiento de la investigación pública articulando universidades y organizaciones de la sociedad, el uso de plataformas digitales para la gestión integral de las redes de transporte y la información a la población y la participación social en la perspectiva de construcción de la ciudadanía.
