On one hand, it focuses on the study for the Master’s thesis in University Teaching at the University of Buenos Aires, conducted between 2020 and 2021 in Buenos Aires, Argentina (Suárez Torrico, 2022). The research was shaped by the COVID-19 pandemic context, and this paper explores the successive recreations of the methodological framework in this situation. It discusses the stages, decisions, and redesigns that were undertaken to continue and complete the research in a time of exceptional circumstances. On the other hand, the article also addresses the transition and methodological design for a study framed within a doctoral thesis in Educational Sciences at the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters of the University of Buenos Aires, which is currently in progress in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This methodological transition positions the current research in a post-pandemic context and redesigns in the teaching proposals within the workshop setting at the Faculty of Architecture, Design, and Urbanism of the University of Buenos Aires. Given the significance of the studies that took place during the pivotal moments recognized here —the pandemic and its aftermath— and their contributions to a hybrid and post-pandemic scenario, this work aims to contribute to the discussion of the transformation of research processes and their designs in increasingly complex and opportunistic settings. El presente artículo expone aportes en dos estudios y momentos diferenciados desde una perspectiva metodológica. Por un lado, el estudio para la tesis de Maestría en Docencia Universitaria en la Universidad de Buenos Aires, desarrollado entre 2020 y 2021 en Buenos Aires, Argentina (Suárez Torrico, 2022). La investigación se vio atravesada por un contexto de pandemia a causa del COVID-19 y este trabajo despliega las sucesivas recreaciones del encuadre metodológico en la coyuntura. Se hace referencia a las etapas, decisiones y rediseños que fueron asumidos para continuar y concluir la investigación en un tiempo de circunstancias excepcionales. Por otro lado, el artículo también da cuenta de la transición y diseño metodológico para un estudio enmarcado en una tesis doctoral en Ciencias de la Educación en la Facultad de Filosofía y Letras de la Universidad de Buenos Aires, de desarrollo en curso en Buenos Aires, Argentina. Esta transición metodológica posiciona a la investigación actual en un contexto de pospandemia y rediseños en las propuestas de enseñanza en el contexto del taller en la Facultad de Arquitectura, Diseño y Urbanismo de la Universidad de Buenos Aires. Habida cuenta de la relevancia de los estudios acontecidos en las coyunturas que estos dos momentos reconocen —pandemia y pospandemia— y de sus aportes a un escenario híbrido y posterior, este trabajo aspira a contribuir a la discusión de la transformación de los procesos de investigación y sus diseños en escenarios de creciente complejidad y oportunidad.
