Sumario:From the notion of Social Formation of the Frontiers this work will centre on the analysis of an area characterised by the presence of a multiple political frontier (Argentina / Bolivia / Paraguay). A space still relatively “marginal” concerning the integration processes of the so-called MERCOSUR, although it contains an agrarian expansion front that from the beginning of the 70 decade presents as one of the most dynamic of the agrarian structure of Argentina: the known Umbral al Chaco. We will go into detail on those aspects related to the regulation of frontiers connected with the expansion process of the agrarian frontiers and its most recent transformation at the level of relationships between capital and labour.
