We build on Bleger´s (2007) classic definition of “learning” in order to construct an inter-disciplinary analytical frame to interpret the specific characteristics found in these groups, according to their general orientation towards autonomy as a human project (Castoriadis, 1997, 2007). Our analysis shows the complexities associated to this framework, as well as the specific abilities that are continually learned by participants within self-management as an organizational context. Neste texto são apresentados os resultados de um estudo de orientação etnográfica e sociolinguística sobre o que é considerado aprendizagem em associações de autogestão na Argentina contemporânea. Exploramos o conceito de “aprendizagem” proposto por Bleger (2007) na construção de um modelo analítico interdisciplinar para o exame de características peculiares para esses grupos, que se orientam pelo entendimento da autonomia como um projeto humano (Castoriadis, 1997, 2007). Nossa análise evidencia tanto as complexidades associadas a essa orientação, assim como as aprendizagens específicas que são continuamente aprendidas pelos participantes em um contexto organizacional de autogestão. Se presentan resultados de una investigación colaborativa de corte etnográfico y sociolingüístico desarrollada junto a organizaciones en la Argentina contemporánea para analizar el aprendizaje sobre la autogestión. Se parte de una definición clásica del concepto de “aprendizaje” (Bleger, 2007) y se concluye que una propuesta transdisciplinar permite interpretar en su especificidad los aprendizajes en estas organizaciones. Se identifican los tipos diversos de aprendizajes necesarios para sostener la autogestión a través del análisis específico de la generación y la colectivización de recursos y aportes.
