description This paper draws from multi-sited ethnographic research conducted in schools on the outskirts of Paraná, Argentina. It explores discursive and non-discursive practices from a socio-communicational perspective, focusing on how rap is organized as a strategy within school institutions and socio-educational policies. Drawing on results from the author’s doctoral research (2017-2021) and progress from an ongoing project (2021 to present), the study investigates how young people from low-income sectors engage with socioeducational inclusion policies through their cultural practices. Fieldwork includes participant observation with young people both within and outside institutions, interviews with institutional leaders, and document analysis. The paper highlights the identification of communicative flows and borders between adults responsible for school institutions and youth, revealing the cultural specificities of schools and their subjects at the beginning of the 21st century.

The paper highlights the identification of communicative flows and borders between adults responsible for school institutions and youth, revealing the cultural specificities of schools and their subjects at the beginning of the 21st century.
