It is focused on the link between the Christian Democratic Party and the Justicialista’s renovator faction  of the province of Buenos Aires by 1985. Also, the article puts these links in a long run perspective, and recovers speeches and basic programmatic overlaps between both members of the coalition. By that, the work tries to contribute to the debate on political coalitions in Argentina by the late twentieth century. El artículo analiza el proceso de constitución de frentes político-electorales articulados por el peronismo en los últimos años ochenta en perspectiva histórica. Toma como punto de mira el vínculo establecido entre el Partido Demócrata Cristiano y el sector renovador del Partido Justicialista de la provincia de Buenos Aires en 1985, lo inscribe en el largo plazo y recupera los umbrales de coincidencias programáticas entre ambos miembros de la coalición. Avanza en el conocimiento de la experiencia específica y aporta al debate sobre coaliciones políticas en la Argentina de fines de siglo XX.
