Sumario:"The 2024 academic year concluded with a discussion where faculty and students reflected on innovation in teaching, entitled "Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Legal Education." The event took place at the Faculty of Law of the University of Buenos Aires on December 11, 2024, and was organized by the Permanent Seminar on Theory and History of International Law of the "Ambrosio L. Gioja" Institute of Legal and Social Research, the Master's Program in International Relations, and the Department of Social Sciences. Emiliano J. Buis moderated the discussion, and Ricardo D. Rabinovich-Berkman gave the presentation. This academic meeting addressed the challenges and opportunities that Artificial Intelligence (AI) presents in the field of legal education. The discussion focused on three central areas: (i) Cecilia V. Ali Pini discussed the intervention of AI in pictorial works for teaching and learning, (ii) Julieta Marotta spoke about the impact (iii) Agustín Parise reflected on the use of AI in personalized education, and (iii) Agustín Parise reflected on the use of AI in developing academic writing skills. The need to reflect on the responsible use of these technologies was highlighted, as well as their potential to transform legal education. The speakers analyzed topics ranging from the global education crisis to the possibilities of personalizing learning processes and fostering ethical research. They also explored changes in the perception of AI-generated pictorial art and the challenges of incorporating these tools into academic training. The meeting concluded with a call to continue the debate on how to integrate AI into teaching in a critical and effective way."
