Sumario:Reflecting on the complex processes of subjugation and incorporation of indigenous peoples in the Patagonian, Pampas and Chaco regions of our country leads us to confront fundamental concepts such as genocide and ethnocide. The recent visibility of these processes, especially through the trial for the Napalpí massacre, where the Argentine State was condemned for planning, executing and covering up the murder of morethan 500 people from the Qom and Moqoit peoples, marks a significant milestone in the search for memory, truth and justice. This case stands as a reference in the fight for the recognition of crimes against humanity committed in the context of a process of systematic genocide against indigenous peoples
