The disruptive effect of new technologies is examined in a quick review from the second industrial revolution to the metaverse and the challenges that these new disruptive technologies imply for the DIPr are raised. It is noted that dematerialization, delocalization and transnationalization of the reality environment in new legal relations require a new understanding of these "cases". Jurisdiccion internacional Uzal, Maria Elsa 2024 Este trabajo aborda algunos de los desafíos que se presentan hoy a los operadores jurídicos, a la hora de encarar la regulación de los contratos internacionales. Se focaliza en el examen de las disyuntivas que plantea la globalización entre la uniformidad o la armonización y se efectúa una síntesis de las tendencias en esa materia. Se examina el efecto disruptivo de las nuevas tecnologías en un rápido repaso desde la segunda revolución industrial al metaverso y se plantean los desafíos que esas nuevas tecnologías disruptivas implican para el DIPr. Se advierte que la desmaterialización, la deslocalización y la transnacionalización del entorno de realidad en las nuevas relaciones jurídicas\nexigen una nueva comprensión de estos "casos".
