Sumario:This article critically examines the regulations of the Faculty of Law at UBA regarding its institutional gender policy, which is relevant to the teaching of law and the training of professionals as part of the curriculum, given that the University is not required to implement Comprehensive Sexual Education Law (ESI). The approach to these regulations is based on the conceptual tools of cissexism and the production of absences and presences concerning trans- identities. This reading reveals some key elements that suggest that trans- people are either invisible, absent, or marginalized in institutional planning, at least in the aspects analyzed, despite existing legal mandates that urge real equality. Throughout the analysis, the relevant theoretical and socio-legal framework is explored to delve into the topic and allow the final reflections
