It begins by highlighting that evaluation is an integral part of the learning process and that the emergence of AI requires innovations in both teaching methods and forms of evaluation. The text analyzes the impact of AI on education in the Ibero-American region and highlights that AI is a global phenomenon with a significant impact on education. The importance of educational institutions developing skills that allow students to enter or remain in the productive process is also supported. Likewise, the importance of changing the traditional way of evaluating, which is based on memorization, is emphasized, and an approach that encourages student creativity is proposed. This proposal seeks for students to develop their own thinking skills, deep understanding of the content and their creative capacity. Buenos Aires, Argentina America Latina Cardoso, Nicolas Ezequiel 2023 Este artículo se centra en la relación entre la innovación tecnológica, la inteligencia artificial (IA) y la forma de evaluar. Destaca que la evaluación es parte integral del proceso de aprendizaje y que la irrupción de la IA requiere innovaciones tanto en los métodos de enseñanza como en las formas de evaluación. El texto analiza el impacto de la IA en la educación en la región iberoamericana y destaca que la IA es un fenómeno global con un impacto significativo en la educación. También se sostiene la importancia de que las instituciones educativas desarrollen habilidades que permitan a los estudiantes ingresar o mantenerse en el proceso productivo. Asimismo, se enfatiza la importancia de cambiar la forma tradicional de evaluar, que se basa en la memorización, y se propone un enfoque que fomente la creatividad de los estudiantes. Esta propuesta busca que los estudiantes desarrollen habilidades de pensamiento propio, comprensión profunda del contenido y su capacidad creativa.
