It also takes into account the System for the Comprehensive Protection of the Rights of Children and Adolescents, which highlights the rights and measures designed to prevent, respect, and guarantee the treatment that children and adolescents should have as subjects of law in these processes. The article also aims to reveal to what extent the Argentine State complies with the right of both mother and child to live with a family. The path chosen is through six sentences that systematically address the motherhood of these women. Each case is unique and unrepeatable, but from them we delineate some standards that should be applied in this matter, which are not entirely clear today Fil: Coronado Barajas, Daniel Steven. Buenos Aires, Argentina Argentina Coronado Barajas, Daniel Steven 2021 En el desarrollo del presente trabajo se expresan las cuestiones principales que engloban la responsabilidad parental de las mujeres con discapacidad intelectual o psicosocial en nuestro país, esto es, el marco normativo que las ampara y los procesos judiciales que suelen atravesar (restricción de la capacidad o privación de la responsabilidad parental). Asimismo, se tiene en cuenta el Sistema de Protección Integral de los Derechos de Niñas, Niños y Adolescentes, el cual pone de manifiesto los derechos y las medidas diseñadas para prevenir, respetar y garantizar el trato que deben tener los niños como sujetos de derecho en torno a estos procesos. El trabajo también tiene por objetivo revelar en qué medida el Estado argentino cumple con el derecho tanto de la madre como del hijo a vivir en familia. El camino elegido es a través de seis sentencias que abordan de manera sistémica el maternaje de estas mujeres.
