De este modo, tiene la intención de reflexionar sobre el bien jurídico protegido por la norma penal y marcar una distinción entre la prostitución voluntaria y forzada, para comprender dónde radica la vulneración de los derechos humanos de quien se dedica a la prostitución y garantizar la dignidad subjetiva.
