Although research, teaching and extension are part of the basic functions of all universities, as required by the Argentine Higher Education Law, law courses had to curricularize the methodology of scientific research. The transfer of certain practices reserved for researchers to the classroom constituted a novel process in the disciplinary field. In this work we identify this change from interviews and documentary analysis of the debates, study plans and subject programs in the three Faculties based in the city of La Plata that teach classroom based law degree programs (UNLP/UCALP/UDE).
