Buenos Aires, Argentina Argentina Bruzzone, Julia Leonor 2023 La inclusión de la carrera de abogacía en el art. 43 de la Ley de Educación Superior fija nuevos objetivos para responder al cambio de paradigma en la enseñanza del derecho con miras al interés público que se encuentra comprometido en el ejercicio profesional. La metodología de la enseñanza de la práctica que fuera diseñada para la formación de los abogados en las instituciones educativas, según veremos, se mantiene desde hace más de doscientos años. Se realizará un breve recorrido por los métodos de enseñanza de la práctica jurídica con miras a considerar la necesidad o no de un cambio de paradigma que responda a las nuevas exigencias para la carrera de abogacía.
