Buenos Aires, Argentina Jurisdiccion internacional Astwood, Ivan 2023 El propósito de este artículo es evidenciar, mediante ejemplos tomados de textos teóricos y literarios, de qué manera la interpretación puede constituir una vía didáctica para desarrollar una comprensión más amplia del derecho a partir de la literatura. Para ilustrar este propósito señalizará un cuento de Luigi Pirandello (1999), denominado La verdad, desde la idea de interpretación expuesta por Ronald Dworkin (2012)en el artículo ¿En qué se parecen el derecho y la literatura? para luego mostrar, mediante un texto de Alf Ross (Tû-Tû), la forma en que esta interpretación puede servir como camino didáctico hacia la comprensión del derecho.
