Sumario:This work is focused on the relationships developed in the classroom, in the emergency towards conflict resolution and the recognition of students? subjectivity with the aim to attempt to get to know about knowledge, psycho-social abilities and conduct required by social studies teachers to lead up to conflict resolution in order to comply with the Argentine Education Law. The material analyzed allows us to hypothesize than the adoption of belligerent stance by the teacher, the deployment of a set of psychosocial skills and the use of collaborative negotiation principles and tools from the field of mediation constitute effective strategies for conducting value conflicts, while favoring effective compliance of the Argentine Education Law
