En simultáneo, aspira a que el estudiantado y el público lector comprendan el entramado constitucional anticrisis. Tras ese objetivo, se considera el cine como un recurso didáctico valioso en el proceso de enseñanza y de aprendizaje del Derecho Constitucional. En el recorrido, tendrá importancia el análisis del poder de policía de emergencia estatal al momento de imponer restricciones, tanto limitaciones como suspensiones, a las libertades. El disparador de estas líneas: la pandemia de la COVID-19. El método propuesto para la reflexión: las ficciones que nos regala el séptimo arte.
