| Sumario: | The article proposes a study of transitional justice based on the legal-literature tools offered by the novel #Respiración artificial?. Ricardo Piglia´s text installs an alternative and necessary discursive in front the hegemony established by the official political-legal narrative. The text work with different literary structures, capable of externalizing the illegalities committed by the Argentine State during the period 1976-1983. Based on the methodological contributions offered by the ?law and literature? articulations, the article proposes an analysis of the narrative constructions that suppress disciplinary delimitations and demand the restoration justice. |
