The text work with different literary structures, capable of externalizing the illegalities committed by the Argentine State during the period 1976-1983. Based on the methodological contributions offered by the ?law and literature? articulations, the article proposes an analysis of the narrative constructions that suppress disciplinary delimitations and demand the restoration justice. El texto de Ricardo Piglia instala un discurso alternativo y necesario frente a la hegemonía que establece el relato político-jurídico oficial. En la obra del autor argentino se pueden identificar diferentes estructuras literarias, capaces de exteriorizar las ilegalidades cometidas por el Estado Argentino durante el período 1976-1983.
