Once the sentences were pronounced, following the trials of the main leaders, political and social life resumed its course, leaving many gray areas and above all many unresolved cases, responsibilities not imputed, victims deprived of repair. A pattern of impunity, a legacy of the Occupation and the civil war, seemed to set in, perpetuating a feeling of injustice towards the victims but above all towards the collective memory and that of future generations. Diving into the small and the big history, this study offers keys to understanding the phenomenon, particularly from the perspective of the doctrine of responsibility and analyzes the remedies put forward by the modern doctrine of transitional justice. Paris, Francia Grecia Sinou, Despina 2023 La reconstrucción del Estado griego, a la caída de la dictadura de los coroneles que asoló el país entre 1967 y 1974, se basó en gran medida en una cierta idea de olvido. Una vez pronunciadas las sentencias, tras los juicios de los principales dirigentes, la vida política y social reanudó su curso, dejando muchas zonas grises y sobre todo muchos casos sin resolver, responsabilidades no imputadas, víctimas privadas de reparación. Un patrón de impunidad, herencia de la Ocupación y de la guerra civil, pareció instalarse, perpetuando un sentimiento de injusticia hacia las víctimas pero sobre todo hacia la memoria colectiva y la de las generaciones futuras.
