This article analyzes the disputes to expose the practice of the enforced disappearance during the last military dictatorship in Argentina (1976-1983), examining the articulation between the strategies of registration and documentation of the facts, the procedures and know-how of the legal field and the configuration of social meanings about crimes. To this end, it addresses cases in which the human rights organizations headquarters were raided, existing documentation was seized, and arrests were made in the context of legal complaints. In these cases, this paper analyzes the reaction of the dictatorship to the actions to expose the crimes and the way in which the systematization of information became a tool in the fight against the regime. In this sense, the perspective of activism that confronts the constitutive denial of the crimes is addressed, as well as that of the bureaucratic framework and the mechanisms used to sustain said denial, promote impunity or manage the conflict in the exercise of power. Buenos Aires, Argentina Argentina Barbuto, María Valeria 2023 Este artículo analiza las disputas por poner en evidencia la práctica de la desaparición forzada de personas durante la última dictadura militar en Argentina (1976-1983), y examina la articulación entre las estrategias de registro y documentación de los hechos, las técnicas y saberes del campo jurídico y la configuración de imágenes y significados sociales sobre los crímenes. Para ello, aborda los casos en los que fueron allanadas las sedes de los organismos de derechos humanos, se secuestró la documentación existente y se produjeron detenciones en el marco de denuncias judiciales. En estos casos puede analizarse la reacción de la dictadura frente a las acciones por poner en evidencia los crímenes y la forma en que la sistematización de información se transformó en una herramienta en la lucha contra las relaciones de poder instauradas por el régimen.
