In turn, economic, social and cultural rights have been playing a rather moderate role in the management of those periods that follow a situation of serious human rights violations. Being able to prevent the emergence of these contexts, through the guarantee of these rights, seems to be an irremediable step as a result of the demands that are already being claimed in certain latitudes, such as at the time, in the Arab Spring. A su vez, los derechos económicos, sociales y culturales han venido contando con un protagonismo bastante moderado dentro de la gestión de aquellos períodos que suceden a una situación de graves violaciones de derechos humanos. Poder llegar a prevenir la aparición de estos contextos, a través de la garantía de estos derechos, parece ser un paso irremediable a raíz de las demandas que ya vienen siendo reclamadas en ciertas latitudes, como en su momento, en las Primaveras Árabes.
