In our country, more than two years ago, after many years of debate, Law 27.610 was passed, decriminalizing abortion, resolving in the regulatory field such conduct, responding to the problem represented by the criminalization of abortion for the voluntary exercise of the practice. That procedure was only possible clandestinely, with the strong impact caused by the eventual death of women, most of whom belonged to the most vulnerable social classes. The law does not sort out the observations made in this work, which undoubtedly reflects incomplete progress, partially solving the consequences of such a drastic and irreversible decision as an abortion, instead of attacking a priori, thus avoiding the reasons that leads a pregnant person to make such a decision Fil: Berbere Delgado, Jorge C. Buenos Aires, Argentina Argentina Berbere Delgado, Jorge C. 2022 Uno de los temas que ha provoca más controversia en el marco de los dilemas bioéticos, ha sido y sigue siendo, sin duda, la posibilidad de decidir sin condicionamiento, la interrupción voluntaria del embarazo. En nuestro país, se ha sancionado hace ya más de dos años y luego de muchos años de debate, se ha sancionado la ley 27.610 que despenaliza el aborto, resolviendo en el ámbito normativo tal conducta, dando respuesta a la problemática que representaba la penalización del aborto para el supuesto ejercicio voluntario de la práctica, la que solo era posible de forma clandestina, con el fuerte impacto que provocaba el eventual fallecimiento de mujeres, que en su gran mayoría pertenecían a los estamentos sociales más vulnerables.
