Indeed, articles 26 and 60 of the Civil and Commercial Code establish different ages to reach the possibility of taking decisions regarding the care of their own body, and to grant Advance Medical Directives (16 and 18 years of age, respectively). En efecto, los arts. 26 y 60 del CCC establecen edades distintas para alcanzar la posibilidad de tomar decisiones atinentes al cuidado de su propio cuerpo, y para otorgar Directivas Médicas Anticipadas (16 y 18 años de edad, respectivamente).
