However, we defend that this kind of easements must be rethought from non-anthropocentric and anti-speciesist perspectives to consider the interests of the wild animals that inhabit the properties. Pérez Pejcic, Gonzalo 2022 El principio de atipicidad en materia de servidumbres ha permitido el desarrollo de las denominadas servidumbres ambientales, ecológicas o de conservación, aquellas que conceden al titular del inmueble dominante utilidades sobre el inmueble sirviente ajeno relacionadas con la preservación de ecosistemas naturales, atributos ecológicos, bellezas escénicas o paisajes.
