En el caso del derecho procesal, la tecnología precipita su influencia debido a la reciente pandemia de Covid-19, que obligó a llevar a cabo juicios en los que la presencialidad ha sido superada por la virtualidad. Si esto es así, ¿puede que haya llegado el momento del adiós del denominado \n - principio de inmediación - o es que habría que redefinir sus alcances?
