I28-R145-HWA_70072024-08-23 MDAA TESIS The following research seeks to address urban and architectural problems in the city of Buenos Aires, specifically in the Constitución neighborhood, and to provide a solution through the approach of an infrastructure that is superimposed as a layer analogous to the dynamics of urban growth of the sector, using a language and operability characteristic of this type of intervention.\nA general problem will be established according to specific urban situations, in order to suggest the project as a possible solution, explaining its potential through the description and analysis of pertinent information.\nLater the theoretical framework will be developed based on two concepts: hybridization as a spatial operation that provides vocational project responses to problems related to complexity and diversity in Buenos Aires, being the diagramming the means of recognition and interpretation of information that enables complex readings of the city. \nThese concepts will be based on the analysis of some architectural and urban referents, which exemplify, develop and complement their operativity.\nFinally, the architectural project will be developed as a hypothetical solution to the problem, whose spatial, morphological, material, programmatic and aesthetic qualities will be theoretically based on the concepts developed and the specific values analyzed in the specific referents. Buenos Aires, Argentina Facultad de Arquitectura, Diseño y Urbanismo Mele, Jorge Salvador Buenos Aires, Ciudad Constitución Argentina López Rozo, Manuel Ricardo 2019-10-25 La siguiente investigación busca abordar problemáticas urbanas y arquitectónicas de la ciudad de Buenos Aires, específicamente del barrio Constitución, y dar solución a través del planteamiento de una infraestructura que se sobrepone como una capa análoga a la dinámica de crecimiento urbano del sector, utilizando un lenguaje y operatividad propios de este tipo de intervención.\nSe establecerá una problemática general según situaciones urbanísticas específicas, con el fin de sugerir el proyecto como una posible solución, explicando su potencial a través de la descripción y análisis de informaciones pertinentes.\nPosteriormente se desarrollará el marco teórico fundamentado en dos conceptos: hibridación como operación espacial que aporta respuestas vocacionales de proyecto a problemáticas referidas a la complejidad y diversidad en Buenos Aires, siendo la diagramación el medio de reconocimiento e interpretación de información que posibilita lecturas complejas de la urbe.
