First, this paper delves into the current multiculturalism in the classrooms at schools of law in Argentina. Second, it focuses on the implementation of PBL. The case study addresses PBL in the classrooms at the School of Law of Maastricht University, in the Netherlands. In this second part, methodological aspects of PBL are addressed and an example of a problem used in a multicultural classroom is offered. Information is then provided on the presence and value of PBL, and the advantages of its implementation are presented to foster "global citizenship", while generating legal knowledge |
