Sumario:Social Dialogue and Concertation in the Argentinian Labor Law Collective Relations. -- Abstract: Social dialogue and agreement are instruments of proven effectiveness in the management and governance of labor relations. The conceptualization and systematization of their typical tools are essential in order to guarantee their efficiency. Labor law, in particular collective labor law, provides suitable inputs for the institutionalization of the instances of social dialogue and agreement, even for their promotion at the levels or settings that each circumstance demands. In the Argentinean case, the heteronomous regulatory paradigm of collective labor relations has particularities that merit their critical analysis. Since this essay adheres to the configuration of a scheme for social dialogue and agreement that is conducive and adaptable to our national reality, the academic task focuses on those characteristics of the collective representation of workers and employers, as well as on those collective bargaining instances that, promoted from the labor law norm, determine the legal system of the Argentinean collective labor relations.
