The work is structured in three approaches embedded in its main title: City, Project and People. Se pretende como una teoría operativa capaz de orientar nuevas proyecciones y concreciones en estos contextos, así como a la vez abierta a su revisión y crecimiento en la permanente interacción que plantea con su objeto de estudio. La investigación surge como necesidad de producción de otros conocimientos ante un contexto socio-espacial injusto, asumiendo la responsabilidad que le cabe a las disciplinas del proyecto en la transformación positiva de su dimensión física. El trabajo se estructura en tres enfoques imbricados en su título principal: Ciudad, Proyecto y Pueblo.
