Sumario:Abstract: This article analyzes the differences between teaching Law in the context of Lawyers Education and at the Basic School. We consider that the passage through the School of Law usually transmits implied ideas about how to learn and how to teach this subject, which have to be revised in order to teach this topic in other framework. Particularly, we analyze how this teaching is affected by the objectives variation, the curriculum framework, the nature of the studies and the student profile. We consider the need to differentiate not only teaching strategies but also, and mainly, the content structure. In that way, we give some suggestions relating to: incorporate contents from several subjects, know the students meaning framework and teach deliberately the technical meaning of terms.
