We consider the need to differentiate not only teaching strategies but also, and mainly, the content structure. In that way, we give some suggestions relating to: incorporate contents from several subjects, know the students meaning framework and teach deliberately the technical meaning of terms. UBA. -- Dossier: América Latina: tres miradas sobre la Enseñanza del Derecho en México y Uruguay..--Resumen: El artículo analiza diferencias entre la enseñanza del Derecho en el contexto de la formación de abogados y en la escuela básica. Se considera que el paso por la Carrera suele transmitir ideas implícitas acerca de cómo se aprende y enseña la disciplina, que merecen ser revisadas al encarar su enseñanza en otro ámbito educativo. En particular, se analiza cómo afecta la variación de objetivos, el marco curricular, el carácter de los estudios y el perfil de alumno. Se considera la necesidad de diferenciar no solo las estrategias de enseñanza, sino principalmente la estructuración del contenido.
