Sumario:Abstract: This article is about the experience we carried out in the Faculty of Law at UBA in the first independent graduate course on "Sexual and Reproductive Rights. Legal Termination of Pregnancy" We will carry out an analysis and definition of the concepts of Law, Gender, and Education from a gender perspective of Law. We will analyze the legal framework in which the incorporation of thematic units on sexual and reproductive rights of women and pregnant persons was proposed for the postgraduate level, and the importance of their incorporation at the grade level and in teacher training. We will explain the development of the thematic units that make up the Curriculum of the course from a transdisciplinary perspective.
