Sumario:Abstract: In this article, we will try to reflect on the existence of a gender perspective and, particularly, its absolute necessity, in the training of lawyers. We start from a basic notion: the practice of teaching is not just the transmission of thematic contents related to the different branches of law. It is especially about learning to respect values and senses of justice, crossed, on the one hand, by a specific or diverse conception of the law and, on the other, by multiple legal discourses. In this scheme, this vision is undoubtedly modified if it is about specific content or a gender-cross-sectional perspective. Through a historical tour and by appointment in the reflections of those teachers and references who precede us: Catharine MacKinnon, Phyllis Goldfarb and Lani Guinier, we propose to investigate the incidence of a formative and comprehensive proposal in law careers in relation to the professional profile of their graduates through the inclusion of feminist teaching methodologies. Likewise, we will use cases specific to our specialty -criminal law- to exemplify the lack of inclusion of a transversal perspective and its concrete possibilities of application. Through these experiences and tools, we are interested in addressing the incorporation of values that translate into a sense of equality -gender sensitive- in the exercise of law.\n
