| Sumario: | The goal of this essay is to outline a didactic vision about the concept of State as proposed by the critical theory. In order to achieve this, I am going to focus on the critical narration of the State, trying to express it as simply as possible, and then to explain the problem posed by this theory from the point of view of education. The issue is the following: if criticism to social and political order assumed an active positioning of those who analyze it, and form a part of it; how do we build a bond of learning or education aimed at mobilizing law students to discover and explore the underlying social antagonisms beyond legal institutions? Finally, I will try to explain some lines of resolution for this problematic knot. |
