The issue is the following: if criticism to social and political order assumed an active positioning of those who analyze it, and form a part of it; how do we build a bond of learning or education aimed at mobilizing law students to discover and explore the underlying social antagonisms beyond legal institutions? Para ello voy a retomar la narración crítica del Estado, tratando de expresarla con la mayor simplicidad posible para después explicar el problema que plantea desde el punto de vista de la enseñanza. La cuestión es la siguiente: si la crítica al orden social y político establecido supone un posicionamiento activo de quienes lo analizan y forman parte de él, ¿cómo construir un vínculo de aprendizaje/enseñanza que movilice a los alumnos de la carrera de Abogacía a descubrir e indagar los antagonismos sociales subyacentes más allá de la institucionalidad jurídica?
