Sumario:"A first version of this work, which is part of the research project "Principle of non-discrimination and new rights", DER 2011-269033-JURI, was presented as a paper at the Fifth National Congress on Teaching in Legal Sciences, held in Valencia from September 11 to 13, 2013.". -- Making the meaning of the expressions "juridical sciences" and "Law" equal gives rise to some problems. Amongst them, the very fact that with that comparison it becomes impossible to deal with questions that any jurist's apprentice should be aware of as the pejorative opinion about jurists and even Law that underlies all its history, and also with issues that have traditionally been included in Law teaching as rhetoric. In this paper we expressly defend the treatment of those matters in Law teaching by proposing some exercises that the author makes use of in the teaching of the subjects Theory and Philosophy of Law.
